Produced by Arif Mardin and for the most part recorded in Montreux, Switzerland. This album contains the hit single ‘What Cha’Gonna Do For Me’ and other strong pieces of music. Chaka and Arif updated the lyrics to ‘Night In Tunesia’ by Dizzy Gillespie (trumpet) and let Herbie Hancock do the complex melody and chords, mixed together with Charlie Parker’s alto sax. I also want to mention Jerry Hey who played the trumpet on ‘I Know You..’ and ‘We Got Each Other’ and David Richards who created a special synth sound on ‘Heed The Warning’. Just listen!
